Dicky Dog

Shortstop known primarily for his blond hair, “burns”, tennis acumen and a fleet of cars from Mr. Automobile, David played shortstop with the focused determination of a blind mouse. At the plate he was equally focused, managing to be the only Fonty Dog to strike out twice in a season. Known as “Mr Natural”, we all wondered why at times – until he won Best Athlete in Chattanooga. (And we still wondered why.)
